Canon C200 Z-Finder
The Canon C200 Z-Finder is an optical viewfinder, specifically designed to attach to the Canon LM-V1 4" LCD Monitor compatible with the Canon C200 camera. The Z-Finder will magnify the LCD screen by 1.8x and has a diopter wheel for specific focus tuning. If you need extra focal points you can use the included Z-Finder Extender Frames. These are semi-permanent stackable frames that attach to the body of the Z-Finder and extend the Z-Finder glass further away from the LCD screen for people who are farsighted. The diopter range with the included lens and extender frames is -2.5 to 0. If you need more adjustment than the Extender Frames provide, you can purchase diopters for further diopter adjustment. The interchangeable anti-fog diopters, -1, +1, +2, +3 and +4, correct the focus to your vision for perfect clarity.
The Z-Finder cuts out any extraneous light and offers an initial point of stability by pressing your eye against the large eyecup. An aluminum sun mask is built the Z-Finder to protect your LCD screen from sunlight. The Z-Finder is mounted on a hinge so it can quickly flip up or down.
The C200 Z-Finder by using a foam padded sleeve mounting frame that slides over the LCD screen of the LCD monitor. The C200 Z-Finder uses the Canon LA-V1 LCD Attachment Unit for EOS C200 and the included Zacuto Friction Mount to mount the Z-Finder to your camera. This option is available out of the box.
If you’d like to use a more robust, flexible mount, you can use our Axis Mini, EVF mount with a custom rosette piece to mount it.
