Enforcer and Marauder: Foldable DSLR Rigs
The ultimate DSLR run’n’gun stability rigs– the Enforcer and Marauder. The Enforcer and Marauder are the first of their kind, foldable DSLR run’n’gun rigs. They are small enough to fit in your back pocket, but when unfolded create extremely stable DSLR or small to mid size camera supports compatible with any DSLR camera.
The Enforcer and Marauder unfold with the flick of a few levers so you can be ready to shoot in seconds. They fold up just as quickly and can fit into your carry on, backpack, purse, camera bag or even some cargo pants pocket.
Both rigs include our Gorilla Plate V2 as the mounting platform for your camera. You can attach your Zacuto Z-Finder Mounting Frame to this Gorilla Plate V2. Attach your camera to the plate with the single ¼ 20 screw and quick release on and off the kit with a red quick release ratcheting lever. The Gorilla Plate can be attached at two different points. Keep your kit in a vertical position for use with a Zacuto Z-Finder Pro viewfinder. This will give you the correct distance from your eye to the Z-Finder eyecup. Extend the camera arm via the red push lever to place the camera further away for use without a Z-Finder. This gives you a bit more distance to focus on the camera LCD.

Both the Enforcer and Marauder include an adjustable gunstock with a comfortable rubber pad. The Marauder also includes a handgrip that can be set in five different positions for individual comfort. The grip itself also articulates and locks with red locking lever.

[…] The Enforcer is one of Zacuto’s new foldable run’n’gun rigs for DSLRs. It’s fast and portable. The Enforcer will keep you stable and supported in even the smallest of spaces. Use it with or without a Zacuto Z-Finder. This kit is great for travelling and when collapsed can fit into carry on luggage, purses and even some cargo pants pockets! Check out more photos and videos here. […]
Who can I ask in Germany for a try out of this ?
Contacting BPM is probably your best bet. https://www.zacuto.com/category/zacuto-dealers/germany
I bought the Marauder this month, got it on December 4th. It has a problem with the handgrip, it’s completely loose, the handgrip is swinging, hanging from the rig. The problem seems to be with the top lever on the grip. I’m a journalist from Brazil and got the marauder while visiting the US. What do I do know?

I am a big fan of run’n gun projects. I use a Sony NEX VG900 full frame video camera. I shoot air shows because I like the excitement of the aerobatics and I have found the Marauder to be a great stabilizer in this situation.
Not only is it solid in the horizontal position (camera arm in #2 position) but with the camera arm in the #1 position the video camera is setting at a 45 degree angle pointing up. Tilting the eye piece up allows me to shoot up with my head in a down position I call the “periscope”. The pistol grip actually balances the nose heavy characteristic of these types of cameras So if you use a small to medium camcorder I highly recommend the Marauder as it works well with small to medium video cameras.
Please repost the video of the woman demonstrating the Marauder. I’m trying to guess how this rig will fit to my body, as a slender female camera operator. I’ve had to return two other rigs from other manufacturers which were made for a larger body type.
