Zacuto Limited Lifetime Warranty

Zacuto USA warrants to the original customer, for the life of each Zacuto product, that it is free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Zacuto will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Zacuto on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Zacuto is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply (if applies), abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged incorrectly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.

This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Zacuto products, as provided above. Zacuto is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any other equipment bought from Zacuto that is not designed and manufactured by Zacuto and under the Zacuto brand. This warranty excludes 3rd party equipment, and or equipment attached to Zacuto products. In the event of a claim, Zacuto’s sole obligation shall be repair/replacement of the product. In no event will Zacuto be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss of property, however caused. As well, in no event will Zacuto have any personal liability whatsoever.
