Balanced Rigs for the Canon C200

We offer two rigs to support the Canon C200. Both rigs are balanced Next Gen Recoil style rigs that use our adjustable VCT Pro Baseplate to set the camera further back on your shoulder. This is more comfortable for long shoots and ensures a balanced rig on your shoulder or tripod.

Canon C200 Recoil Pro
This rig includes our VCT Pro baseplate with sliding top plate, a flip-up C200 Zgrip Trigger, and a C200 Top Plate. Mount the native Canon top grip to our Top Plate late along with the Canon LCD monitor and other accessories.

Using a Gratical EVF with an Axis Mini? Add a Z-Rail Axis Mount to the front of the plate to mount them.

Canon C200 EVF Recoil Pro
The EVF Recoil Pro differs from the standard Recoil with the inclusion on our sturdy Recoil Handle top grip. It mounts to the Canon C200 Top Plate in place of the Canon grip. It has two quick-release coldshoe ports and a quick-release rod port to hold the Axis Mini.

This is the recommended kit for those using a Gratical HD, X, or Eye.

New Accessories for the Canon C200

C200 LCD Mount
This small adapter allows you to mount the Canon C200 LCD on a coldshoe. The grooved surface and ¼ 20 screw hole hold it firmly in place. Mounts to the side facing coldshoe on the Zacuto Recoil Handle for convenient access to the LCD. Requires Recoil Handle

C200 Top Plate
Mounts directly to your camera. Attach the native Canon grip or our Recoil Handle. Numerous 1/4″ 20 and 3/8″ 16 screwholes for accessory mounting plus a quick-release rod port for a Zacuto articulating arm and a grooved mount for the Canon LCD monitor.

C200 Zgrip Trigger
The newest addition to our new line of flip-up grips. Mounts to the rosette on the side of our VCT Pro baseplate. It allows for single-handed 360° rotation with the simple press of a trigger. Flip it down for a low, rock-solid handgrip. Raise it up for more of an Aaton style position. Or quickly flip it all the way up to set your camera flat on the ground or for storing in a case.
